The opening ceremony of the 1st Czech-German Philatelic Exhibition in Prague, “Praga Piccola”, was attended, inter alia, by German Ambassador to Prague Dr. Christoph Israng, who was surprised by the interest in post stamps. Thanks to its link to the Collector fair, the “Praga Piccola” (by the way, the vintage car it is named after was displayed in front of the Czech Post stand) event will most certainly rank among the best-visited philatelic exhibitions of this year.
